Refund policy

 

We can exchange or refund items if:

- Are returned to us within 14 days of receipt

- Are returned to us in perfect condition (we can only accept a return if it is unused)

- If the product is faulty

Please note we DO NOT offer free returns.

If an order is incorrect or faulty, please contact us via email. (Customercare@magnitascents.com)

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please make sure they are packaged well to avoid any damage during transit back to us.

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, we recommend you use a trackable return service and ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

Magnitascents will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
